According to paragraph 19 of the German Income Tax Act (§19 UStG) PENTAFOLIUM-SOFT does NOT
have a VAT NUMBER and a calculation of a value added tax will not be applied to our invoices. The
reason for the VAT exemption is, that the VAT NUMBER is not required for free-lance small business
companies.
The non-exclusive licenses (with exception of the Group and Department Licen-
ses) are valid for the use on only one registered computer.
Update Licenses can only be granted for licensees who already have a non-ex-
pired Main License.
Transfer Licenses can only be granted once, if the original installation of the ER-
NA-3D software has been completely removed from the old computer and if the
original CD-ROM has been returned to us.
Group Licenses will be given for up to 3 computers of a scientific department.
Department-Licenses will be given for up to 10 computers of a whole depart-
ment. They will also be given for future computers, which will be acquired by the department within 2 years since the signing of the license contract.
The right of revocation can not be applied on software, if you have opened the seal of the delivered
data media.
The right of revocation also can not be applied on digital products, which have been acquired and
delivered via a download, § 312d para. 4 section 1 BGB.
